History of site: Site was designated in 1995 Research Topics: Succession of plant community; herbivore-plant interaction; organic matter accumulation and decomposition in surface layer; disturbances (monsoon and typhoons) on forest structures and functions; food web and nutrient cycles in freshwater wetland; ecological modeling and data management Infrastructures: Four weather stations; three observing towers; accommodation for 20 persons; visitors must to get permission from the National Park Services to enter the site |
